Arts&Crafts by TAPLAB Wall Covering: at the origins of the valuable artcraft and its uniqueness , a collection of wall-coverings with a high decorative content.
In collaboration with AVIODESIGN+

The Arts&Crafts Collection of TAPLAB Wall Covering is freely inspired by the artistic movement that developed in England at the end of the Eighteen century and which, thanks to William Morris, spread very quickly in every field of decorative arts.

Arts&Crafts Collection_ Monogram

A movement that greatly valued craftsmanship as a noble expression of man’s work, as a value destined to last over time, characterized by great quality of materials, workmanship and extreme attention to detail. The movement established itself thanks to an eclectic, inspired and decisively modern production … the origin of the industrial design.
Today TAPLAB presents the Art & Crafts Collection by transferring the magic of craftsmanship that turns into art and a free imagination that is freely expressed on the materials of its wall-covering.
The decorative component is predominant here and, thanks to a refinement of the printing techniques of TAPLAB Wall Covering, the quality and appeal of this line is such that it can enrich every living space and every ritual of our daily domestic life with beauty.

Arts&Crafts_Monogram

Monogram – The infinite alphabet of fantasy
Many artists have painted or engraved alphabets that strike the imagination, and have no other purpose than to lead us into a world of dreams. From imaginary alphabets to Baroque ones till a Gothic style. The letters, the only protagonists, are integrated by the drawing, embracing the shapes of an object or a living being. One of the most famous anthropomorphic comical alphabet was created by the Frenchman Daumier in the 19th century, and since then many other artists have dealt with animated letters such as Victor Adam or Houx-Marc, leaving many wonderful alphabets for future generations. Even today, lettering, regardless of whether it has a symbolic or literal meaning, is once again a decoration trend that adapts to different styles and environments.
Monogram is the animated alphabet of TAPLAB Wall Covering which, with the contribution of AVIODesign+, has created 36 illustrated letters, drawn on 16,6 x 16,6 cm tiles to form a picturesque alphabetical syllabary. The image is developed in three shades which, when inverted, create three totally distinct patterns, in order to satisfy every decorative need.
Monogram line can be customized with any of your thought or with your favourite quote. The thought repeated to infinity will add a distinctive trait to your space.

Arts&Crafts_ Timeless

Timeless: from the original gesture of the design a collection dedicated to the theme of the decorative plate
Timeless section is portraying a series of fine bone china plates, enriched with decorative black-ink drawings ; shape and size of the plates are adapted accordingly to the drawings. The group of decorated porcelains plates highlights the extreme rigor followed for the execution of the images by TAPLAB Wallcowering with the contribution of AVIODesign+. The collection has been conceived with neutral shades sometimes combined with a Golden color that characterizes tastefully some details.
The represented wall coverings are accompanied by visual references that indicates the colors used to compose the tonalities of each creation, in order to facilitate the placement in the most varied living spaces. Despite being a collection that at first glance gives the impression to be used in classic areas, the placement in modern living spaces creates a very pleasant visual impact. The patterns are repeated every 200 cm. Particular consideration has been given to the installation; in fact the rolls can be placed in a staggered way to facilitate an irregular and always different view of the plates.
