The  STEP shower tray, conceived, produced and patented by Scarabeo Ceramiche, evolves and enters the market with a wide range of different sizes designed to meet every type of need, both in terms of space and aesthetics.

STEP is not a simple shower tray but an “e-gres” surface. It is made in a single block with a thickness of 25mm that can be cut to size during installation and is perfect for mounting flush with the floor. A solution that eliminates any issues related to size in terms of surface area and thickness, because it can be fit in anywhere with consummate ease.

In addition to the possibility of customization, STEP is now available in numerous standard sizes that further facilitate the choice by minimizing any installation intervention. Available in the dimensions 71×120 cm, 80×100-120-140-160 cm and 90×100-120-140-160 cm, STEP can also be equipped with an additional extension in the dimensions of 80×59 and 90×59 cm.

STEP was designed with a view to environmental sustainability: the industrially-produced ceramic reuses all the mixtures and residues from the production process.

The result is a ductile material that is incredibly resistant to the most frequent uses and suitable for the most extreme environmental conditions. STEP is waterproof, can take loads of up to 1000kg and is resistant to impacts, abrasions and stains. It is unaffected by thermal shocks and adverse weather. Entirely non-slip, it has a surface texture which is available in various colours (White Matt, Cement Matt, Black Matt and Taupe Matt) and does not incur any change in colour caused by light.
