ZAZZERI IN THE FB HOUSE

Casa FB was designed and built by IUSE Design, which succeeded in transforming a historic building known as the ‘Casa Cantoniera’ (roadman’s house) into a luxury residence.
Located in the province of Bologna, this historic residence has been completely renovated, preserving its characteristic features, and adding a touch of Parisian elegance.
This project combines tradition and contemporaneity, creating a cozy and exclusive home.
The house is an accurate expression of the owner’s personality, a hospitable and generous man.
The rooms have been designed to create spaces dedicated to conviviality and relax. The heart of the house is a spacious lounge with a coffered wooden ceiling and a fireplace, ideal for gathering friends and family. A custom-made wine cellar houses the precious collection of bottles, while a multimedia room, equipped with a large screen, is perfect for sports fans.
On the main floor, next to the main hall, a real gem is concealed: the guest bathroom. An oasis of sophistication characterised by a freestanding washbasin and, as taps and fittings, the Z316 collection by Zazzeri, made entirely of steel, which gives the room a timeless elegance.
The choice of the Z316 collection, with its black carbon PVD finish, gives the room a touch of modernity and sophistication. The floor-mounted water jet, the recessed wall mixer, and the bidet mixer, all designed by Roberto Innocenti, provide a unique shower experience, combining aesthetics and functionality.
The choice of the Z316 collection, again in black carbon finish, also extends to the mixer tap in the kitchenette of the habitable basement on the ground floor. An option that creates a modern and elegant kitchen.
IUSE Design is a design studio resulting from the ambition of two young professionals who are keen on residential construction, with a wealth of experience abroad, who decided to put themselves at stake by creating a brand operative in Italy, in the province of Bologna, and in Ecuador, in the city of Guayaquil.
