CASA LOTI | A project of elegant rationality with Zazzeri as the protagonist in the bathrooms

CASA LOTI – Project by ZDA | Zupelli Design Architettura

Decisive and peremptory lines silhouette geometric volumes, define sharp proportions, and give the project an aura of elegant rationality.

Built from scratch in a markedly contemporary style, without concessions to stereotypes or superfluous “special effects”, but rather in harmony with the idea of new minimalism that characterises the ethos of ZDA, Casa Loti expresses and interprets an experience of living that is paradigmatic in this sense: great importance has been given to the role of light, amplified by the use of large windows and sharp angles.

Situated to the south of the home, the swimming pool suggests a vague exotic touch to the context, which finds its dimension as soon as you cross the entrance door.

The living room-kitchen fits into an open space that introduces an idea of modern and comfortable spatiality; two steps then lead to the night area-services, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room; again, details as a concept: from the floors – made entirely of parquet – to the cement resin wall tiles in the bathrooms, from the “made-to-measure” retractable doors to the technical lighting counterpointed with a few iconic pieces, each element inserted reveals a new, characterising, harmonious and identity-enhancing nuance.

A stylistic cipher that by extension describes and synthesises the essence of the entire project, including the furniture, also designed by ZDA, making the signature even more impressive.

The MODO7 collection by Zazzeri in the bathrooms at Casa Loti

MODO7 is the bathroom fittings collection designed by Arch. Roberto Innocenti that makes the traditional concept of taps and faucet dynamic. A clean, essential design and an extremely original way to use it transform this collection into an opportunity with transversal qualities: from functional use to contemporary shapes, to outstanding furnishing capacity.

Characterised by technical precision and formal logic, MODO7 presents itself as a design adventure where proportions add clarity and grace to the entire bathroom.

Made of brass and available in different finishes in addition to the classic chrome, ZDA studio opted for elegant and textured matt black for the bathrooms at Casa Loti, in perfect harmony with the living area.

The MODO7 collection thus becomes the protagonist of Casa Loti bathrooms through different types of bathroom fittings that combine function and aesthetics where they are used.

In the bathrooms, where vanity top sinks were provided, recessed wall-mounted mixing tap with a 215 mm jet was the choice.

In the shower, the steel shower head is ceiling mounted. Its diameter is 250 mm and it can be inspected.

The recessed thermostatic unit has two outlets and is complete with a stylus hand shower.

The MODO7 collection also includes a series of accessories for the bathroom, and for the shower area two bathrobe hangers have been added, in a matt black finish, as well.

For the freestanding bathtub, the floor-standing column solution was chosen, equipped with two mixing faucets and a stylus hand shower.

For the bidet, a single lever mixer tap for the countertop.
