A perfect synthesis of craftsmanship and innovative design, the new wireless lamps for home and travel are the result of a collaboration between Bronzetto and Cecchi de Rossi

The new Armor series of wireless lamps by Il Bronzetto represent the perfect synthesis between craftsmanship and innovative design: two factors that in synergy have created a product of great functionality and highly original aesthetics.
The line includes a floor lamp, a table lamp and a travel lamp: precious materials, brass and real leather, these lights have a transforming soul because they can become a small table or a decorative object.

The “Armor Lamps” are the result of the exceptional collaboration between two companies with a strong identity: “Il Bronzetto”, master in the art of brass, and “Cecchi de Rossi”, fashion brand specialized in the creation of bags and accessories.
What brought these two companies together in this unique project? The love for materials and the desire to play and experiment, stepping out of one’s comfort zone and creating unusual objects, a little crazy, a little artistic, that capture the imagination and desire of all those who appreciate art, discreet luxury and versatility.
Armor is an exclusive capsule reserved for true ‘connaisseurs’ and ‘amateurs’ in search of unique, unexpected, multi-sensory and multi-material products.

A concept that aims for maximum versatility

The upper leather shell, shaped to form, houses a LED light source that emanates a warm and enveloping light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The lower shell, also in leather, adjustable in height, allows to customize the lighting according to the needs, narrowing the cone of light for a more concentrated brightness or widening it to turn it into a bright support surface.

With this versatility, Armor Lamps bring flexibility to the space and provide different possibilities for use. Powered by rechargeable batteries, they can also be moved easily by grabbing them by their brass handle, becoming a personal illuminating body, almost like a fashion accessory that you wear and follows you wherever you go, adapting to your mood or the time of day.

Materials

Another peculiarity that makes them exceptionally original is that the leathers used for the Armor Lamps are subjected to a vegetable tanning process and dyed with customisable ‘PELLEVINO’ natural colours. The dyes are obtained from agricultural products, spices and wine, cultivated specifically for this use. This method preserves the natural beauty and durability of the leather.
Brass is specially left natural, subject to the creation of the patina that preserves and distinguishes it with the passage of time.

Three distinct models

Armor lamps come in three distinct models, each with a unique style and functionality, but linked by an obvious fil-rouge: the exquisite craftsmanship.

• “Armor Tree” – The floor lamp features a design reminiscent of a brass and leather tree. With its imposing presence, it adds a touch of elegance to any room. This lamp is designed to illuminate the entire area and at the same time, by widening the cone of light and lowering the lower body, create a tabletop, transforming the lamp into a side table if necessary. The T-handle makes it easy to move the lamp from one room to another, and thanks to the fact that it is battery operated, therefore wireless, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

• “Armor Trick” – The table lamp offers surprising versatility. It can be used as a table centrepiece or as a whiskey lamp for more intimate evenings. Its unique design adds a touch of sophistication to any table or space in which it is placed thanks to the brass T-handle.
