In the heart of Treviso, the multibrand boutique MIOZZI stands out for its refined architectural design that transforms the store into a showcase open to the city.
The project concept develops, following the architecture of the space, on three distinct levels: each floor evolves into a sensory journey that is reflected in the gradual lightening of the tones and the essentiality of the materials.
Like a climax, the narration on the ground floor sees the fusion between the lightness of the design elements and functionality. Going up, the atmosphere becomes brighter and more sculptural, culminating on the third floor, where the structures inspired by Donald Judd frame the collections in defined and bright spaces.
In this context, the site-specific lighting intervention by QU fits in, strongly desired by Parisotto + Formenton Architetti, who curated the project.
Light also becomes the protagonist, guiding visitors through a unique visual and sensorial experience. The gradual chromatic transition, from dark grey to bright white, is enhanced by lighting designed to highlight the materiality of the surfaces and the elegance of the materials.
The bright shades and geometries create a play of light and shadow that enhances every detail, enriching the atmosphere of each floor. Here, light is not just a functional element but an integral part of an experience that surprises and fascinates.
For general lighting, the Rocchetto Maxi O semi-recessed adjustable spotlights were selected, characterised by high light performance, thanks to the 18W source with high colour rendering, while maintaining compact dimensions: 55 mm in diameter.
In addition to these, the ceiling lighting fixtures of the Spiga P series, designed by Parisotto + Formenton Architetti, characterised by an aluminum body and fixing base, with a satin optical polymer diffuser. They have a 360° LED source with high color rendering and oriented horizontally. Unlike the other elements of the series, Spiga P is presented in a double configuration with 32W.
The lighting system of the Miozzi store is completed by the Rocchetto Binario devices that offer elegance and high functionality thanks to the simplicity and precision of direction of the light beam. Rocchetto Binario is composed of a cylindrical head with a diameter of Ø35 mm that can be rotated 360° along the vertical axis and 90° along the horizontal axis. The lamp body is made of turned aluminum and treated on the surface to obtain multiple standard and custom finishes. Designed to reach up to 9W with a CRI>90. It is available with five different optics to obtain multiple scenographies.
