LIGHT EMOTION

For the first time, Glass Design introduce light as a creative expression to elevate and embellish yet further their exquisite collections in fine materials such as crystal and onyx.

The result is both captivating and intense, allowing the product to transcend mere functionality to become a veritable work of art, its uniqueness and beauty emphasised and exalted by the infusion of light.

The transparency of crystal and onyx allows the light to be spectacularly  captured and cast, thereby highlighting the material, detail and craftsmanship.

LIGHT EMOTION is a new concept, a new identiy that Glass Design are attributing to all collections where the incorporation of light is a defining characteristic.

The meticulous hand-crafted diamond cuts of the VILLA XL crystal basin provide for a stirring and glorious effect when illuminated via a light source within the base.

Fashioned from crystal, hand-cut with different accents, the RAMADA, ICE ROUND and ICE OVAL XL models offer illumination from the elegant mounting ring positioned at the base and consequently accentuated by the light.

The ONYX Light basin, featuring onyx base with sides in transparent blown glass, is illuminated from under the onyx itself. Being naturally transparent as a material, the effect is dramatic and delicate in equal measure creating a strong focal point in any setting.

The beauty and majesty of light is also apparent in the new CRYSTAL WATER TOWER tap series. With elegant cylindrical bodies in three different patterns of hand-cut crystal combined with brass metal bases and spouts in a choice of finishes, an optional illuminated version turns every use into a unique and sensorial experience.
